We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to join our growing team that serves the 0-3 year old Early Intervention population with a caseload of 10-20 treatment hours/week. *Able to build Full-Time caseload, if preferred. No micromanaging; you create your own schedule and caseload amount.
Responsibilities
  • Perform standardized assessments at evaluations and create goals with family
  • Manage scheduling clients
  • Complete timely documentation
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to clients in their home environment
  • Educate and instruct parents on daily integration of therapy strategies
Minimum Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree
  • CA PT license
  • Previous experience in the pediatric setting
  • Friendly, outgoing demeanor
  • Experience with working with families
  • Able to meet deadlines, detail and task-oriented
  • Well-versed in gross motor milestones
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sensory Integration experience
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Experience with toe walkers, preemies, screening for neuro referrals, bracing needs etc. are also highly valued.
