While working in a supported setting, DSPs assist individuals with all aspects of their life. These include skills that are necessary to meet their physical needs; personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, ambulating, and eating. These may also include some more complex activities like; managing finances, medication management, housekeeping, and exercise of the mind and body.

We provide the option for both full-time and part-time positions, designed with flexibility to suit your schedule, while also ensuring that every other weekend availability is met to support the needs of the individuals.
Statuses:
Part-time = employees working less than 30 hours per week
Weekend only = must commit to required weekends
**ABiLITY provides comprehensive support to its employees and clients through module-based training tailored for DSPs using the Relias platform, enhancing their capacity to serve effectively. The allocation of locations and training paths is subject to the specific support requirements of individuals and discretion of agency management.
