Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, customer support, and data entry. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Transcribe documents and maintain accurate records
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or similar environment is preferred
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
