Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in construction management, supervising, and project coordination.

Duties:

• Field Support
• Manpower and weekly scheduling
• Change orders
• Provide direction and troubleshoot issues
• Speak with customers
• Attend job meeting
• Assist Project Manages

Skills:

• Proficiency in construction estimating and management
• Strong supervisory skills to lead construction teams effectively
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations for maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to interpret schematics and contracts accurately

Pay: $95,311.00 - $106,740.00 per year
