JOB TITLE: Maintenance Electrician
LOCATION: St. James Quarter, Edinburgh
SHIFT PATTERN: Mon-Fri, Shifts: 7-4pm, 8-5pm and 10-7pm.
Role Overview And PurposeElectrician based on site within a team of operatives undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair of Electrical equipment and building fabric within a retail property environment.

Required Skills And Experience
LOCATION: St. James Quarter, Edinburgh
SHIFT PATTERN: Mon-Fri, Shifts: 7-4pm, 8-5pm and 10-7pm.
- 1 Weekend cover in 5 & on call (paid £12 per day OT if called out)

Required Skills And Experience
- Electrical time served apprenticeship or equivalent
- City & Guilds 2382 - 17th or 18th Edition of the IET Wiring regulations
- Evidence of high-quality experience in Building Services
- Sound level of administration and organisational skills
- Previous experience of working within a team
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace
- Resides geographically near to job site and available for call out
- COSHH Awareness
- Risk Assessment Guidance Training
- Appointed Person General Works Permits
- PAT Testing
- Knowledge and use of computer software - Microsoft Office, Building Management System,
- Legionella Awareness
- IPAF & PASMA Trained
- Safe Use and Inspection of Harnesses
