ABM US is Hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist Traffic Coordination Near Atlanta, GA

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, your expertise in traffic management will drive successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders and team members to plan and deliver projects and ad-hoc requests on time and to specifications. Attention to detail and meticulous planning are critical in your role. You’re eager to navigate complex project landscapes, foster cross-team communication, and leverage technology to streamline operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling

  • Collaborate with marketing teams, external vendors, agencies, and request stakeholders to develop timelines and schedules
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely request delivery
  • Utilize project technology tools (Wrike) to organize and track project milestones and deadlines

Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor the progress of requests and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Maintain detailed records of project statuses, updates, and revisions
  • Conduct project retrospectives to identify areas for future improvement

Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing project inquiries and updates
  • Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of objectives and expectations
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks

Tactical Problem-Solving

  • Dislodge bottlenecks in project workflows
  • Resolve any unforeseen challenges that arise during project execution
  • Work closely with team members to troubleshoot technical or logistical issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in Marketing project/workflow management 
  • Proficient in project management software (Wrike [preferred], Workfront, Asana, etc.) 
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) a plus
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) a plus
