Pay: $75,000-$80,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

The Quality Control Technology Manager is the main ABM team member leading and coordinating all use of ABM technology initiatives at the property. 

Main Interface of Position

The Quality Control Technology Manager reports to Andrea Chaney. The position is to train all site managers and keep them up to date on the successful use of ABM technology at the properties. In addition, this position will interface directly with service workers to retrain and align cleaners use of technology and performance that may affect the results.

Operational Technology Functions

1. Oversee the accuracy of the operational platform (section lists, schedules of shifts, vacancy audit if applicable, scope of service, day policing frequency document, stack plan analyses).
2. Set up, update, and assure the accuracy of ABM SITE Inspection system including ongoing locations and cadence of inspections to assure inspection reports are complete, accurate, and reflect client input. Also assure that inspections are thorough and objective and meet the cadence. Train and assure other ABM site managers participate with an analytics of SITE.
3. Interface with client teams to review and discuss inspection results via dashboard.
4. Set up, update, and monitor accuracy of day policing QR validation system AKA ABM Digital Cleaning Log. Monitor throughout the day operation (red, yellow, green analytics). Troubleshoot and diagnose any drop off of frequencies. Retrain service workers as necessary. Train and assure other ABM site managers participate with an analytics of Digital Cleaning Log.
5. Interface with client teams to review and discuss QR code digital cleaning log results.
6. Set up, update, and monitor accuracy of online night periodic services and match accuracy to scope. Interface with client teams to review and discuss.
7. Set up, update, and assure the accuracy of the ABM Team Connect application. Assure that all day and night team members are utilizing their contribution to Team Connect. Work with other site supervision to present and train on Team Connect.
8. Set up, update, and monitor Client-facing Dashboard. Oversee client’s security levels to access. Review components of dashboard and be prepared to speak to dashboard results in weekly, monthly, and client QBRs. Help prepare the portion of client QBRs with the ABM technology initiatives. (SITE, Digital Cleaning Log, Team Connect, Client-facing Dashboard).
9. In addition to above, during the course of the day, work actively with analytics by walking the building to assure accuracy. Perform SITE Inspections, check throughout the day activity on Digital Cleaning Log and ABM Team Connect app.

Operational Communications

1. Help create input for ABM QBRs, such as new operational supply/equipment initiatives, adjustments to job descriptions, sustainability initiatives. This includes providing supporting images to support an effective QBR.
