**Position Responsibilities**

* May supervise up to twenty employees

* Provide outstanding customer service to visitors and guests

* Complete documentation for damage claims as needed

* Responsible for inventory control of tickets and validations

* Help and assist with valet parking as need it

* Train new team members

* Complete other reports as needed, i.e., Safety Training, Workers Comp., validation billing etc.

* Responsible for the daily garage operation

* Special Event staffing and coordination

* Performs other duties as assigned or requested

Minimum Requirements

* Two to three years of supervisory experience in a service/customer-oriented environment.

* Good communication skills both written and verbal

* Proven ability to work with various levels of staff and management

* Experience in cost estimating/pricing work.

* Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures.

* Must be able to write reports and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.
