- Bachelor's degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc.
- 5 years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony .
- 5 years' experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).
- 5 years' experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
- 3 Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.
- 3 years' experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.
- 3 years' experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology Waco and Wicca.
- Experience with Calabrio Call recording.
- Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP.
