Company Description
Above and Beyond Learning Group (ABLG) is a therapeutic intervention agency based in Wyckoff, NJ, providing applied behavior analysis to individuals with Autism and related disorders, ages 18 months to 21 years old. ABLG offers ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings and is a NJ State approved agency by the Department of Education. The agency's mission is to deliver best practice ABA therapy, educate families and communities, and offer comprehensive clinical support.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Manager at Above and Beyond Learning Group. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for supervising therapy programs, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and Analyses, developing Behavior Reduction Plans, providing workshops and parent training, as well as offering school district consultation and on-going training of ABA staff at the center.

Qualifications
- Clinical Operations and Quality Improvement skills
- Training in ABA therapy
- Experience Center, School and Home is prefered.
- Knowledge of Core Deficts of Autism and the ability to develop programs based what are current age appropriate skills and meet the crierion of Medical Neccesity.
- Strong tome management and organizational
- Leadership skills are a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead and postively influence staff,
- BCBA certification is a must.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Must be willing to get LBA in
States ABLG practices.
