Position Title: ETime Systems Business Analyst
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Job Type: Contract – 6 months. Possible conversion to full-time.
Work modality: On-site
Pay Rate: US$ 53.57 /hr W-2
Client Info / Who They AreAbove and Beyond Talent Acquisition is proud to represent our Client -a global leader in water, waste, and energy management. The client offers a full spectrum of water, waste, and energy management services, including water and wastewater treatment, commercial and hazardous waste collection and disposal, energy consulting, and resource recovery. The client helps commercial, industrial, healthcare, higher education, and municipality customers throughout North America. The client has approximately 10,000 employees working at over 350 locations across the continent.
Who We Are Looking For / RequirementsOur client is seeking an analyst who can contribute to the team, We currently use ADP eTime systems and it needs some audit attention. We are also going to be in the process of implementing a new time system, which has not been determined yet. If this person works out we could potentially roll this person into that additional project of converting eTime systems to the new system.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities2 years of Experience of ADP E time System Experience

What You Will Do / Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems
- Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements;
- Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems;
- Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Works under the direction of a project manager.
- Auditing data,
- Configuration,
- Data reporting and data updates/modifications on the ADP eTime system platform.
