  • Decision-Making Skills: Capability to make informed and timely decisions to address operational challenges. Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and maintain orderly operations. Able to plan and work with scheduler, adjust plans quickly, and hold others accountable.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coachable: Willing to learn systems used in organization and become educated on organization’s products and BMPs (how and why they’re used). Be open to continued education.
  • Quality Management: Knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies to ensure products or services meet standards.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions and financial losses. Be willing to bring issues to the team and propose ideas and solutions while keeping the company’s best interest as a top priority.
  • Code Compliance: Awareness of relevant codes and standards governing the industry and ensuring compliance.
