Above the Bar is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Los Angeles, CA
Our client, a top-tier boutique located in West LA, is seeking junior to senior-level litigation associates to join its ranks. Attorneys join this firm for the sophisticated and novel complex litigation matters it offers. BigLaw experience or high-end boutique experience is strongly preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates are given substantial responsibility and take ownership of their cases. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a creative thinker, and excited about gaining hands-on litigation experience.
- Out-of-state candidates who are relocating to LA may be considered (current CA Bar membership is not required for consideration, but all non-members should indicate their timeline for taking the exam.).
- There is no billable hour requirement to be bonus or raise eligible. Most associates bill between 1900-2100 hours annually.
- Case origination bonuses (10%) for all matters brought to the firm.
- Complimentary use of fitness center and spa in the building.
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in the office).
