Our client, a top-tier international law firm, is looking to bring an experienced attorney onto its San Francisco Employment Law Counseling team. The standard billable requirement is 1600 hours and compensation is competitive with the AmLaw 100 when considered on an hourly basis. The incoming attorney will receive excellent mentorship from the firm's leading partners, support local and global companies, and work closely with CEOs, Founders, and Executives from a variety of industries. The role offers a great deal of work/life balance, with hybrid work options and reasonable hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong employment law background and be excited to embrace an intimate work setting that feels more like a start-up than a law firm. Base compensation depends on an attorney's experience, ranging from $220k - 265k.
