Our client, a top-flight boutique law firm based in San Francisco, seeks a Litigation Associate to join its team. The incoming attorney will be part of an incredibly collegial group that is very protective of its culture. The firm offers excellent work/life balance, low billable hours (1800), and ample room for growth. Each Associate is seen as an attorney the firm would like to see become a Partner someday. This outlook has attracted attorneys from such firms as Kirkland, Mintz, and MoFo, seeking a more sustainable practice.
The successful candidate will handle a variety of matters, including commercial litigation, IP litigation, and corporate disputes. Representative clients include Netflix, Oracle, and Adobe Systems. Base compensation is $220-310k, DOE. Two to six years of experience is desired.
