We have immediate openings for Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Forklift Operator for a well-established Colorado based client in Aurora, CO. These positions offer the initial benefits of weekly and electronic pay and accrued sick leave but can go internal to offer a wide range of benefits that could include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long-Term Disability, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave, Holiday pay, etc

Shift: 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday (Overtime as needed)

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 DOE

Essential Job Functions:

Unloads inbound shipments, checks inbound materials in, receives material into the computer system, labels, and puts away materials with a barcode scanner.
Prioritizes the materials cut planning and processing.
Manages the reporting of scrap materials.
Identifies small parcel, full truckload, load small parcel, less than truckload, heavy weight air, will call/customer pickup orders and routes them to the appropriate shipping area.
Process packages via the small parcel shipping terminal.
Sets pickup appointments, loads orders, obtains signatures, and confirms will call orders.
Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information as required by the client.
Display strong work ethic and honesty and adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Additional job duties can be added at any time.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year of warehouse experience.
1 year of forklift operating experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to operate a standard forklift.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis, stand for long periods of time, bend, and reach overhead.
Have adaptability and be open to change.
Clock in/out accurately and take rest and meal breaks as required per client policy.
Work in a fast-paced environment with organizational skills.
Experience using a handheld scanner.
Work overtime as required based on business needs.
Ability to read and write in English and an understanding of Basic Math skills.
