ABR has teamed up with a fantastic company seeking an Administrative Assistant in Holmen!
This is a Full-Time Try-Before-Hire opportunity with a 4 day work week!
Wage: $18/hour
Hours: 32 hours/week; Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday noon to 8:00. Closed Fridays.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting others and the office to ensure the day-to-day administrative functions are completed. This position requires good communication and organization skills.
Duties

• Answer phone and greet customers in a positive manner
• Interact directly with customers and handle all the details required to complete transactions
• Accept and document payments
• Count money and verify accuracy of payments
• Review and prepare documents
• Update and maintain files and database
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous office and customer service experience required
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
