Our client is a non-profit organization with an opportunity for a Culinary Technician to join their team. You will prepare meals on a daily basis for the assisted living facility. The Culinary Technician will report to the Executive Chef.

- $21.00/hour, 40 hours/week

- You will prepare the main entrees and side dishes that meet quality standards
- Prepared meals are served at stated times
- Follow sanitation, infection control and safety practices
- Supervise staff in the absence of management
- Recognize and appropriately respond to customer needs
- Minimum education, certification and/or licensure: High School Diploma/GED with some institutional cooking training desired
- Restaurant/hospitality cooking experience required
- Able to read and follow recipes and follow special dietary
