Position Summary : A Production Associate is responsible for a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing and production processes within the company.

Production Associate Job Responsibilities

Machine Operation : Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company procedures.

This includes setup, operation, and minor adjustments to machines.

• Quality Control : Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet the established quality standards. Report and address any deviations or defects promptly.
• Material Handling : Handle raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials as needed. This may include loading and unloading materials and operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
• Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and address minor equipment malfunctions or issues. Notify maintenance or supervisors if more significant problems arise.
• Production Documentation : Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production counts, quality data, and other relevant documentation.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with team members, including machine operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors, to ensure smooth production processes.
• Cleaning and Maintenance : Keep work areas and equipment clean and in good working condition. Perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
• Process Improvement : Suggest process improvements and efficiency enhancements to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including environmental and quality standards.

Production Associate position requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
