Summary:

The Production Associate - Calibration tests products and “tunes” them until they are at the correct frequency, according to the Work Order. Frequently uses microscope, testing equipment, and computer to perform tasks. They must be able to clearly communicate with other employees and must be very detail oriented as they need to work from very specific Work Orders correctly. We will happily train the right candidate for this very interesting job!

Job Responsibilities:

• Follows directions on the Work Order, Drawing, and Bill of Materials (BOM) as well as verbal instructions from the Engineering Department 
• Uses frequency testing equipment to take measurements
• Takes repetitive measurements as needed
• Reads and analyzes the results on the computer
• Makes adjustments as needed, such as adding components, to bring the parts to the correct frequency
• Keeps accurate records of data for statistical analysis
• Frequently required to sit. Sometimes required to stand and walk; won't be stuck in one position all day. NO heavy lifting.
• 8-hour day shift – Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to see clearly through a microscope
• Must be VERY detail oriented, able to focus/concentrate on the specific tasks on each Work Order, and perform the steps with a minimal number of errors as directed
• Needs to have strong analytical skills
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good attendance record
• 1 Years experience preferred but will train the right candidate if they display the desire to learn and contribute to our team’s success. Paid training is provided.
