Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
- Verify materials and quantities against computer records as they are received into the production area.
- Move materials and jobs to appropriate areas around the shop under the guidance of the production supervisor.
- Maintain and verify inventory of items in production area.
- Pre-pull, kit, electronically issue, and deliver material to production area according to the work Traveler.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures and objectives.
- Provide a high level of internal customer service.
- Utilize computerized or automated systems to accomplish tasks.
- Follow established continuous quality improvement objectives and safety/environmental standards.
- Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as redundancy for Receiving Clerk and Hardware Clerk.

- This is a designated safety-sensitive position.
- Must be familiar with computers, inventory or ERP systems, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office products.
- Must be able to maintain accurate records.
- Must be able to read, sort, check, count and verify numbers.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be able to receive, track and distribute materials and supplies.
- Must be able to communicate positively and effectively with other employees.
- Must understand and follow safety/environmental procedures.
- Must be familiar with quality standards (ISO9001/AS9100).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to move/transport up to 40 pounds at times.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, and squat to access all parts of the machine.
- This is a designated safety-sensitive position.
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Be able to work in noisy environments.
