Description
Abramson Labor Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Law and Motion Attorney to join our litigation department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting pleadings and motions, with a deep understanding of civil litigation. This position requires excellent research, writing, and analytical skills to effectively draft a wide range of litigation documents.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research to support the drafting of motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to develop case strategies
• Take complete ownership for assigned workload
• Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Ample experience in civil litigation
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
