Absecon Veterinary Hospital is seeking Client Service Representatives! This is a full-time, front desk customer service position, in a fast-paced and busy environment. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, attention to detail, great communication skills, and be comfortable around animals. Client service skills must be stellar! Our Client Service Representatives are the front-line of our hospital, and assist our clients with navigating our hospital and their pets care. Evening and weekend availability is a must, no exceptions. Some of the job duties of this position include: answering multi telephone lines, scheduling appointments, checking in and checking out clients, managing and updating medical records and reports, discussing payment options, processing payments and client call backs. Previous client service experience in a veterinary office and knowledge of ezyVet software is a plus!
Our hospital is privately owned and is fully equipped with Snyder ICU cages, ultrasound, digital radiography and a fully integrated in-house laboratory. Sleeping accommodations are available for candidates that may be traveling from a distance away for consecutive shifts.
Skills & Qualifications: We look forward to hiring a person who is friendly, highly motivated, and organized. We are looking for someone who will embrace our philosophy of top-notch customer service, outstanding client and patient care, and team work. This position is physically active and requires frequent bending and standing for long periods of time. It also requires routine lifting and restraining of animals.
Location: Our hospital is located in Absecon, NJ which is a convenient 45-60 minute commute from Philadelphia and only 10 minute drive to the Jersey Shore.
Position: Flexible work schedule (full or part-time considered), competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits package will be provided to the right candidate. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401K match, CE allowance, an internal bonus system, vacation and sick time, and veterinary discounts.
