Job DescriptionPosition: UTILITIES OPERATORLocation: COVINGTON, GAWork Schedule:
Responsible for daily checks and maintenance of various process gases, wastewater facilities, process exhaust facilities, in-factory climate control equipment, factory lighting, general building exhaust facilities, and managing and maintaining all process piping.
Execute management of outsourced personnel and consumables, oversee utility facilities, and ensure regular replacement of clean room filters for enhanced productivity, safety, and quality.

Absolics Inc. is located in Covington, GA (HQ) and is a leading company in the semi conductor packing industry specializing in glass substrates that is used in high performance computing.

Responsible for daily checks and maintenance of various process gases, wastewater facilities, process exhaust facilities, in-factory climate control equipment, factory lighting, general building exhaust facilities, and managing and maintaining all process piping.
Execute management of outsourced personnel and consumables, oversee utility facilities, and ensure regular replacement of clean room filters for enhanced productivity, safety, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Daily inspection, operation, maintenance, and electricity consumption management of electrical facilities (TR, SWGR, PDP, UPS, etc.)
- Operation, daily inspection, and maintenance of boiler facilities
- ( Preference given to those with boiler operation qualifications)
- Operation, daily inspection, and maintenance of air conditioning equipment
- Operation, daily inspection, and maintenance of HVAC refrigeration units
- Operation, daily inspection, and maintenance of chilled water pump
- Operation, daily inspection, and maintenance of PCW (Process Chilled Water) refrigeration units
- Operation, daily inspection, and maintenance of PCW Pump
- Operation, daily inspection, and maintenance of CDA (Clean Dry Air) System (Air compressor, Dryer)
- Operation, daily inspection, and maintenance of Scrubber facilities (Acid, Alkali, ADP)
- Operation, daily inspection, and maintenance of ultra-pure water production facilities (DI Water)
- Daily inspection of GN2 Gas supply facilities (Liquid Tank, Generator)
- Daily inspection of Process Gas (H2 gas and 8 other types) facilities
- Daily inspection and maintenance of Process Exhaust emission facilities
- Inspection and maintenance of the factory's thermostatic humidifier / air conditioner
- Management of water usage
- Management of natural gas usage
- Regular replacement (every 3~5 years) of clean room filters (Hepa filter)
- Daily inspection and maintenance of BFU (Biosafety Cabinets), FFU (Fan Filter Units)
- Inspection and maintenance of FCU (Fan Coil Units)
- Maintenance of factory lighting
- Management and daily inspection of general Building Exhaust facilities
- Management and maintenance of all process piping (including gas and chemical pipes), and general piping
- Management of other utility facilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Software, and Tools
- Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction
- Must be a safety and quality conscious person
- Must have to the ability to work with small quantities of chemicals
- Able to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hours
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with proven experience
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing process
- Able to demonstrate oneself as a quick learner
- Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
- Able to cope with pressure and be a team player
- Two years of college or technical school (preferred, but not required)
- More than one year of experience in Semiconductor field (preferred, but not required)
