Seeking experienced "commercial" loan originator with proven track record in the commercial mortgage lending arena for commercial real estate. Must reside in South Florida.

*Salary plus commission.

Responsibilities:

• Contact commercial real estate owners, buyers, developers for commercial real estate mortgages.
• Work with team members to provide information for prompt processing, underwriting and closing of loans.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure loan closes upon mutually acceptable terms.
• Meet and exceed loan production targets.
• Cultivate existing clientele and build new relationships.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of successful commercial mortgage origination experience or business development experience in commercial real estate.
• Must present proven track record of closed loans.
• Knowledge of finance and loan processing.
• Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to grasp new products, evolving concepts and procedures.
• Professional communication demeanor and skills.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written.
• Must reside in South Florida.
