Compensation$40,000 - $80,000 on a plan commission.
ResponsibilitiesProspect new leads to promote your business. Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience. Follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction, trust and increase sales volume through referral business.
QualificationsMust have a valid Indiana Real Estate License, great communication skills, self-motivation, good organizational and time management skills, customer service skills, and the willingness to learn new systems and technologies. Above all, professionalism and ethical behavior is a must.

Growth
  • Brokers can start out cutting their teeth on hundreds of thousands of buyer leads through our lead program and transition to listing agents through training and shadowing our listing agents to learn how to convert more listing appointments to contracts.
  • We work with agents that are interested in building a team with the best route to develop and grow that team into a successful platform that can be given the option of growing in to their own ARS brokerage one day.
