Absolute Staffing, LLC is Hiring a Quality Technician Near Worcester, MA

Quality Technician / Auditor - The Quality Technician conducts testing on product as an audit of our processes, prepares product certification reports, analyses, and interprets results, compiles information and reports quality information for management meetings. The Technician will identify quality trends and issues which required management attention and submit analysis/reports to management for action. Auditors will conduct both the process audit (control plan) and product audits.

The Technician will assist in the coordination and conducting of capability studies in production, gathering the study information and compiling a final report with comments.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Promotes continuous improvement by taking the initiative to identify issues and provide solutions with the goal of reducing cost and improving performance.

· Inspect, test and record specification and quality requirements as required, through use of forms and/or work order completion.

· Document customer, internal and supplier discrepancies in the CAR database.

· Use QA PC software for applicable duties.

· Work from engineering documents and technical specification which determine acceptance and rejection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
