Job Description
Our program IS GROWING!! As an Assistant Teacher in the elementary or primary classroom, you would be a part of a teaching team of 2-3 teachers. Your main role will be classroom management, assisting students in their work & assignments. You may be in charge of specific lessons/assessments, project planning, reading groups, individual lessons & guidance to students, observation & notes, assisting in tracking student progress, and more.

The supporting teacher is an extremely important role in the Montessori environment. It is our goal to help students develop into self-confident, self-sufficient individuals who are strong in character and leadership and as the supporting teacher you play a big part in achieving that goal.

Elementary Full Time Schedule
Approximately 7:30 am-3:15 pm Monday-Friday (subject to change)

• weekly staff meeting, beforecare (7-8am) and aftercare (3-4pm) staff rotation may vary hours
• required to attend all school events
