Duties:
- Greet and check-in patients at the front desk with a welcoming demeanor

-Assist patients with exercises/stretches
- Answer phone calls, directing them appropriately, and providing excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments using the medical scheduling system efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data integrity
- Handle patient inquiries and assist with medical billing and insurance verification processes
- Keep the front desk area organized and tidy to create a professional environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
- Professional demeanor with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Required/Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience in patient service within a clinic setting
- Knowledge of medical scheduling systems like Dentrix or similar platforms
- Familiarity with managing medical records or office systems

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 22 per week
