Our ideal candidate:
· Holds current certification as BCBA
· Holds current State Licenses as applicable
· Completes required trainings per BACB requirements per recertification cycle
· Conducts functional behavior assessments, assessments as appropriate to the client, and caregiver trainings
· Ensures all interventions are behavior analytic
· Provides training and supervision of Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians through supervision, observations, meetings, performance coaching and other methods.
· Ensures all cases meet requirements for supervision of Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians
· Maintains highly organized, consistent, thorough, and systematic record-keeping practices
· Establishes and maintains data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for clients receiving behavioral interventions
· Develops and ensures that all treatment plans and programs comply with contract requirements, satisfies all relevant insurance certification and other expectations, and meets or exceeds professional standards
· Effectively communicates with all treatment team members
· Effectively communicates with all administrative staff and follows the directions of the Clinical Director and Operations Manager
· Ensures all required documentation is completed for authorizations and reauthorizations in a timely manner, responds in a timely manner to additional requirements or insurance requests for authorizations
· Follows all policies and procedures of AByay
· Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
· Must have or be able to obtain clearances.
· Must be available for day and some evening hours.
