Role: Product Content Writer

Location: Remote, US (ideally east coast)

Specific experience writing about programmatic ad technology is required for this role

Our client is a programmatic media buying and audience intelligence platform with patent-pending technology. They are seeking a Product Content Writer, who will play a crucial role in creating clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly product support documents.

What You'll Do

• Craft comprehensive and succinct support materials for the platform, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
• Serve as a repository of expertise on business and product-related topics, working closely with relevant subject matter experts to grasp, interpret, and articulate product needs clearly.
• Foster collaboration with diverse teams, such as product management, development, and subject matter experts, to compile documentation content.
• Maintain the precision and uniformity of all documentation, promptly updating as necessary to reflect product modifications and advancements.
• Take an active role in scaled agile settings, leading and participating in key ceremonies like Program Increment planning and sprint sessions.
• Engage with scrum teams to offer guidance, fostering the delivery of solutions that surpass expectations.
• Keep abreast of industry shifts, particularly in ad-tech and related areas like DSP, SSP, DMP, and OpenRTB, to enrich the quality and relevance of documentation.
• Cultivate a culture of knowledge exchange within the organization, contributing to collective learning and growth.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of DSP, SSP, DMP, OpenRTB, and related ad-tech principles.
• Demonstrated track record in technical writing or documentation positions, particularly within ad tech.
• Outstanding communication aptitude, capable of simplifying intricate ideas for easy comprehension.
• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with robust organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency with documentation tools and platforms is advantageous.

Target Base Salary $60,000 - 85,000
