Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and safe performance of service calls.
- Ability to help with installation of equipment and tanks.
- Ability to work effectively with wireless technology and proprietary software.
- Generate billable revenue within a “flat rate” environment.
- Work effectively with Service Dispatch
- Dispatched from home.
- Work nights/weekends and holidays as required.
- Work effectively in a Team environment.
- Deal effectively and timely with customer issues.
- Performs other tasks & duties as assigned or required.
- WORKING CONDITIONS
Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- High school graduate or GED
- Journeyman’s license desired, required to obtain once employed.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement.
- Ability to use available communication equipment (smart phone, tablet).
- 3-5 years of experience, industry background preferred.
- Climb into and out of a service van 6-10 times per day.
- Frequent climbing of stairs required.
- Ability to lift 5 gallon cans of fuel and pour into oil tank.
- Constant bending and lifting required.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs. on a frequent and daily basis.
- Ability to deal professionally and courteously with co-workers and customers.
