Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers and work to develop project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Assist in the coordination of project meetings and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders
- Support the project team in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience and/or knowledge of project and construction management
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera, Bluebeam, etc. is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
