Academy at the Lakes is seeking a passionate and experienced Cross Country Head Coach/Assistant Coach to lead our varsity and junior varsity team in providing exceptional coaching and guidance.

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for athletes across different age groups
- Provide individualized coaching to enhance skills and performance in various sports
- Plan and oversee practice sessions, competitions, and tournaments
- Monitor and evaluate athlete progress to adjust coaching strategies as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that promotes sportsmanship and teamwork
- Collaborate with assistant coaches to ensure consistent coaching methods and techniques
- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and conducive training environment

- Proven experience working with students in a coaching capacity
- Knowledge of child development principles and effective behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication skills to interact with athletes, parents, and staff members
- Certification in relevant sports coaching programs is a plus
- Ability to adapt coaching strategies to meet the needs of individual athletes
