Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate various routes efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans and motor coaches, to transport passengers.
- Ensure timely departures and arrivals at scheduled stops.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with special needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, conducting regular inspections to ensure safety standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding schedules, routes, and any changes in service.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.
Skills:
- Strong driving skills with experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, or paratransit services.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a friendly manner.
- Experience as a school bus driver or van driver is a plus.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns is advantageous.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle unexpected situations effectively.
Requirements:
- CDL with Passenger & Air Brake Endorsement
- Must have flexible schedule- weekends and night shift required
