The Academy of Notre Dame is seeking a part-time (10-20 hours per week), year-round Grant Writer. In collaboration with the Director of Institutional Advancement, the Grant Writer will be responsible for facilitating identification of potential funders, grant proposal preparations, submission, grant tracking, and reporting/stewardship of foundations, corporations, or other funding agencies.
This position plays an integral role on the Advancement team, working to support the foundation and corporate relations strategy, and meet near-term and long-range fundraising goals. The successful candidate will have proposal writing and research experience, combined with a creative and collaborative spirit.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of writing grant proposals and performing grant research to increase short and long-term support of the Academy. The ideal candidate will also be committed to developing and strengthening foundation and corporate connections to the Academy.
