Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, customer service, and shift management. If you have a background in store management and administrative tasks, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Coordinate with the team to fulfill orders efficiently
- Train and supervise warehouse staff
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Experience
- Previous experience in a retail or grocery store setting is preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management
- Familiarity with employee orientation, interviewing, and shift management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
