Position Summary:
Performs clinic LPN functions and supervises other medical assistants in planning, implementing, and evaluating the delivery of patient care. Assists in patient and family education and follow-up care to promote recovery and appropriately documents patient care activities.

Core Responsibilities:

. Performs treatment in accordance with office policy and promotes quality care.
 Communicates/collaborates with patients and other staff members effectively.
 Documents care, patient response, medication and flow sheets.
 Assist in providing health education to patient and families.

Qualifications:

 LPN: Must be licensed in the State of Louisiana no restrictions
 BLS (CPR) Certified.
 Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
 Previous LPN Clinic Preferred
