We are looking for a CNC Operator to use Large Vertical Machining Center's (CNC) safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions.

An acute eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are essential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned.

• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as milling, drilling, and tapping etc.-Understand specifications of the specific part and the desired result by reading blueprints, travelers, and mechanical drawings etc.
• Prepare and load raw materials into the machines as some materials are bulky and require extreme caution when handling.-Prepare and machine first part to verify tools and offsets to produce all features according to specifications.
• Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce consistent results.-Inspect and measure where applicable finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed accurately.
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.-The candidate must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines.
