Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement quality assurance standards and processes.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance overall quality.
- Create detailed reports documenting quality issues and proposed solutions.
- Participate in testing activities to validate software functionality and performance.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance protocols.

Skills:
- Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare practices such as Inpatient care, Clinic operations, Behavioral health, ICD-9 coding, etc.
- Understanding of Anatomy principles and medical terminology.
- Experience with Dermal fillers or Assisted living facilities is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
