Job Description Summary
Provides a warm welcome to all guest(s) that enter the facility. Services provided for this position include but not limited to; providing robes, slippers, towels, and locker usage details. Offers spa usage orientation and escorts guest to their lockers, and massage clients to the therapist and introduces them. This position will use the guest last name whenever possible and deliver gracious, thoughtful and a sense of personalized service while providing a clean sanitized environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

• Excellent guest service and professionalism is necessary at all time.
• Greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner as they enter the Spa.
• Be familiar with the various types of treatments including Spa locker amenities, spa and salon services along with contraindications.
• Provide the guest with robes, slippers, and spa amenities along with locker access.
• Have plenty of iced water, tea, fruit and snacks to make available and offer it to the guest.
• Keep locker area neat and clean of dirty towels and slippers left behind by guest. Give Spa locker and coed area tours to guest.
• Ensure all coed areas are kept stocked and cleaned.
• Be available for guests needs at all times to direct them to proper areas and usage of spa and fitness facility.
• Provide excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients.
• Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

All other duties as assigned by supervision/management

Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

• To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment.
