Expedia spends over a billion dollars a year across different channels and verticals to acquire customers, drive awareness and capture demand. This Senior Finance Manager position adds to Expedia success by supporting the fast-paced Global marketing channels, covering partners like Google, Meta and Apple. You will be performing financial analysis, forecasting and business modeling, by focusing on improving return on marketing spend. As the Senior Finance Manager for marketing channels, you will take on end-to-end leadership and management of finance operations for one of the largest and most dynamic and complex marketing space across Expedia Group (EG). What You'll Do
Partner with business stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies that accelerate EG's growth
Drive enhancements and and simplification of Channel monthly forecast process
Combine marketing knowledge and mastery of large data sets to identify R&O and influence marketing decisions
Increase rigor in marketing and financial processes to further enable transparency and accountability of marketing spend
Support weekly channel insights that includes key financial and operational metrics
Distill complex financial data into impactful commercial insights
Perform variance analysis and Month end activities
Develop deep understanding of marketing channel economics, KPI and cross channel dynamics
Ad-hoc analysis as needed
Who You Are
Self-starter who are naturally curious and enjoys problem-solving using data
Have proven skills to build and lead cross-functional teams, value diverse perspectives, and deliver business results
Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
Pay attention to details and work well with all levels
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Advanced Excel skills with experience using SQL, Hyperion and Oracle
8 years of FP&A experience with increasing levels of responsibility, and a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or related field;
