Position Overview

Residential Therapists provide individual, group, or family psychotherapy to Adult clients. Therapists collaborate in a multi-disciplinary setting with other Emily Program clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.

Schedule

Monday - Friday with potential weekend rotation

How Therapists Empower Recovery

• Develops, implements and coordinates services and monitors and evaluates individualized treatment plans
• Conducts assigned group counseling sessions
• Collaborate with Emily Program Staff, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with The Emily Program policies and regulatory standards and may participate in quality assessment/peer review of documentation
• Maintains and enhances knowledge of current clinical practice, strategies, and developments through participation in his or her professional organization; attending related seminars, workshops, and conferences; and reviewing literature

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in clinical mental health, social work, or related field.
• Current independent license (or actively working towards licensure) in the state of MN required (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)
• Individual & family psychotherapy experience required
• DBT experience preferred
