Accede Solutions is Hiring a Membership Analyst Near Indianapolis, IN
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing membership enrollment files per the established department procedures and standards.
- Responsible for working through errors from processing enrollment and disenrollment files from state agencies.
- Responsible for membership files, benefit plan changes, address changes, addition and deletion of primary care providers.
- Creates and distributes monthly reports as required for use in conducting company business.
- Responsible for entering PCP assignments and other enrollment changes.
- Assists Membership leadership in eligibility audit functions.
- Maintains other insurance information on eligibility records.
- Produces and issues ID cards.
- Other duties as assigned or when necessary to maintain efficient operations of the department and the Company as a whole.
High School Diploma
Two (2) years’ experience in database management and spreadsheet software.
Managed Care Entity experience (Anthem, Caresource, United Health, etc.) but stated that even life insurance would help due to similar systems and terminology
Preferred:
- Associate Degree in business, information systems, health care or related field.
- One (1) year experience working with insurance enrollment process.
