SUMMARY: 

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, preparing, installing, maintaining, and servicing video gaming equipment owned/operated by the Company and located in contracted establishments, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in the installation of Video Gaming Terminal equipment at various customer locations.

• Maintenance of accurate records and paperwork and communication of all data on customer sites.

• Troubleshoots gaming devices and repair as needed

• Completes all necessary documentation for device entry and logs

• Ensures compliance with all Illinois Gaming Board regulations

• Delivers product from company location to customer locations

• Communicates with call center to efficiently manage installations

• Manages inventory of the installation truck to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic mechanical and electrical skills.

• Ability to complete basic electrical tasks including work with high and low voltage electrical.

• Be knowledgeable of Illinois Gaming Board regulations and how these standards apply to the Service and Installation personnel.

• Ability to read, understand and follow documentation.

• Minimum of 21 years of age

• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler’s License from the Illinois Gaming Board

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Frequently required to stand

• Frequently required to sit

• Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity

• Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl

• Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 300 pounds with assistance of an appliance dolly

• Frequently required to lift/push up to 1100 pounds with assistance from teammate and an appliance dolly

• Frequently required to maneuver into crawl spaces and attics

• Frequently required to climb ladder up to sixteen (16) feet

• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl

• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral, depth, and ability to adjust or focus

• Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions

• Exposure to outside weather conditions

• Protective clothing or equipment is required that may include gloves, helmets, steel-toed boots, or protective eyewear

• The noise level in the work environment usually is moderate
