We are looking for a nurse to round out our interventional psychiatry team! Our nurses provide direct, hands-on patient care in an outpatient clinic with regular daytime clinic hours -- no weekends or holidays. We specialize in 3 powerful procedures: IV Ketamine, Spravato (esketamine nasal spray), and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Must have interest in procedures (infusion experience preferred) and desire to work with patients with severe major depression, PTSD, OCD, and suicidal ideation. Experience working in a small medical or surgical team is a must.

Hourly Compensation is $45 (base) $0.57 per year of post-licensure experience, so a minimum $47.85 per hour for 5 years experience.

Minimum Training & Relevant Work Experience:

• Trained in an accredited nursing program (CCNE/AACN)
• At least 5 years (Full-time equivalents) experience as licensed nurse
• At least 2 years experience in a psychiatric setting (e.g. small clinic, community psychiatry, crisis intervention, group practice)
• We have many patients who would not seek treatment anywhere else due to immune compromise or other factors, so full adherence to STRICT COVID-SAFETY and the highest standards of universal precautions is essential
• Experience working with patients in crisis
• Experience with electronic records and communications (handwritten documentation is not permitted in our clinic)
• Compassionate towards all patients regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, or belief system

Ideal but not Required:

• Experience closely adhering to federal guidelines for example: from Human Subjects Research, from work with highly regulated treatments (e.g. clozapine), or other experience with strict federal scrutiny
• Familiar with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and interested in this emerging field
• Experience with blood draws or IV placement
• Trained in Trauma-Informed Care
