The work:

• Kick-start your technical career by immersing yourself with on-the-job training in program administration
• Support the service delivery or product team(s) by managing resources, project, and budgets
• Develop and execute demand management processes to improve efficiency of both large and small groups
• Create training and educational materials on standard management requirements or project governance
• Be a team player, supporting your colleagues and the client

Here’s What you Need:

• Bachelor’s degree OR
• 4 Years of Military Experience OR
• Associate degree WITH 1 year of professional experience OR
• Completion of AFS-recognized bootcamp (Savvy, LaunchCode, AFS AIT) WITH 1 year of professional experience

Bonus Points If:

• Degree in Business Related Field
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Project, Word)
• Experience with any or all of the following: status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, finance reporting, time reporting, expense reporting, personnel tracking, deliverable tracking, issue and risk tracking
• Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated team by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and drive value
• Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
