Job Description:

As a Learning Innovation Manager with expertise in learning innovation, you will be responsible for identifying and proposing innovative learning solutions to client learning advisors by leveraging technology, using design thinking principles, applying knowledge of adult learning theories and awareness of trends across the field of Learning. The ideal candidate with have a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of the client s workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilizes design thinking methodologies to understand learner needs and create cutting edge learning experiences.
• Identifies technology tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences.
• Explores and leverage emerging technologies, such as generative artificial intelligence, to create immersive and impactful learning solutions.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to integrate learning solutions into broader organizational strategies.
• Analyzes data and feedback to continuously improve and refine ideas and proposals
• Provides regular updates to project stakeholders and adjust plans as needed.
• Stays informed about advancements in learning technologies, trends in the learning market, and adult learning theories.
• Proactively suggests and implement improvements based on industry best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of Learning & Design experience
• Minimum of 7 years of Client Relationship Management experience
• Minimum of 7 years of Learning Development or Learning Delivery

Preferred Skills:

• Design Thinking experience
• Workday experience
• Experience working with global teams

Professional Skills:

• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team oriented environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting either military or civilian.
• High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities.
• Professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
