POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Office Operations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Office Operations Coordinator will be offering first class customer service and administrative support across the organization. You will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to prioritize effectively so tasks are managed in a timely and manner, while streamlining office operations and administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. You should be able to manage complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential to being successful in this role.
