Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, fostering a positive work environment
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating store employees
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the manager to ensure adequate stock
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
- Help develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and attract customers
- Assist in budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and optimizing profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and team members
- Proficient in interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new employees
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously without compromising quality or efficiency
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is an asset
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for effective communication with diverse customers
- Sales management experience is beneficial for driving sales growth
- Strong math skills for accurate inventory management and financial calculations
