Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, fostering a positive work environment
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating store employees
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the manager to ensure adequate stock
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
